Shipping:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the value and weight of your purchase. Most items in the shop have multiple shipping options which can be selected at checkout.

International Shipping:

International shipping is currently not automated at checkout. If you would like to purchase a fossil from overseas, please contact us and we can arrange shipping to your location. The buyer is responsible for covering any import duty costs or other charges/fees that come with importing the fossil into your country.

Dispatch Time

Most orders will be dispatched within 2 working days, however please allow up to seven working days for parcels to be sent off.

If you are urgent on time and would like a fast dispatch time, please email us and we will do our best to fulfill this. Similarly, if you would like a delayed dispatch then this can also be arranged.

Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and would like to return the item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the fossil to arrange a return. The buyer is responsible for paying for return tracked postage. Assuming the fossil arrives back to us undamaged, we will issue a full refund.
